Chibi Pa is an anime convention with more focus on fun events than bringing in Guests. We have music like Daiko Drumers and Japanese inspired rock. Of course we have all the normal trappings of an Anime con. But we are always proud to offer the party floor. The all night floor where attendees can throw parties and have fun.
