Tsukino Con is an independent annual convention organized by fans to promote Anime, Manga and other forms of Japaneses Pop culture through an annual convention. The convention is run by the community in a family friendly and fun format that introduces, nurtures and matures the enjoyment and understanding of the Anime and Manga subcultures to the local community and the world at large.
