Biography:	International award-winning mangaka of Secrets of Sorcerers and Love Pet, Sara E. Mayhew is owner of Ztarr Manga Studio, which specializes in producing professional manga artwork for publishers as well as creating original manga series. Her series, Secrets of Sorcerers, was named "Best Comic for Teens" by the International Anime and Manga Festival (IMAF). The IMAF award of $5000 US was used to produce the Secrets of Sorcerers Volume 1 graphic novel. Sara was featured in Applied Arts magazine's 'Young Blood' article on "...new talent commanding our attention". In 2007, the Ontario Arts Council awarded her the Northern Arts grant to aid in the production of Secrets of Sorcerers Volume 2. Currently, Sara resides in her hometown of Kirkland Lake, Ontario; when she's not operating her studio, Sara coaches and practices figure skating, and is an enthusiastic amateur astronomer.
