He is a passionate advocate for fans, geeks, and members of the otaku who wish to use their interests in their careers and how they can channel their hobbies into a career. To help the 'Fan' to become a 'Pro', he has also authored a book titled Fan To Pro: Unlocking Career Insights With Your Hobbies and co-blogs at Fan To Pro: The Blog of Professional Geekery.
