Eric Wile

Biography:
Eric is a former Game Designer who worked for both Verant Interactive and Sony Online Entertainment in San Diego, CA also he did some video game related work for Big Idea Interactive, Cox Media and Sony Computer Electronics America.
In the earlier part of 2002 Eric moved to San Diego after he landed the dream job of a lifetime with Verant Interactive which a few months later became Sony Online Entertainment. Eric started out in tech support like many before and after him though it didn't stop him for accomplishing/achieving his dreams and ambitions.
In his short but lucrative career he accomplished Team Member of the Month back to back and was award the Sony Achievement award for his work on EQMac.
Roles included: Tech Support, Public Relations, Information Technology, Development, Quality Assurance, Level Design, Storyboarding, Game Master and EverQuest expert.
While at SOE, Eric worked on the development of several EverQuest games, which were released between 2002 and 2004. In addition, he served on the quality assurance teams.
Games not credited for: PlanetSide, Star Wars Galaxies, Lords of EverQuest, EverQuest II and EverQuest Online Adventures and had a minor hand in Vanguard Saga of Hero's

Eric's GM character was GMDarkanya a DE Wizard L60 which still resides on MT, and Eric's PR character was Carmac (name after the living legend himself John Carmac of Id Software)
Eric worked for Carvin Guitars as one of their artist's relations representatives.
Eric is a avid skateboarder, musician, artist, public speaker, lacrosse player and gamer.
Currently Eric resides in Wichita, KS and is back working in IT as a Systems Analyst for a local Aerospace company
