| Biography: | Imbrium Studios consists of two guys, Yad Ming Mui, and John Paul Adams, who share a strange obsession for Science-Fiction, Anime, Manga, Manwa, and comic books. After meeting in 1996 and becoming friends, they decided to try their hand at making a comic book. The result was the cult classic Bad Moon, which featured the art of their friend Aric Whelan. Bad Moon was a lot of fun, and even more hard work, but it was really just practice. The next project was a tactical RPG called Steel Rain: Tactical which used solid anime physics as its core. Their latest work Hard Wired Fanboys looks at the lives of average, every-day fan-folk. While not writing or drawing, the Imbrium guys attend conventions where they host popular panels on writing and drawing, as well as lengthy impromptu discussions such as Macross v Robotech, and Godzilla v Gamora (I don't care who wins, I just wanna see it!). As well as doodling, daydreaming, lying on the floor, and searching for the best Bar-B-Que and Yakitori joints in the south-eastern United States. Currently taking a break from doing manga work. Imbrium is taking a year to re-energize! We plan to have more fun at cons this year and spend more time chatting with our fans, as well as everyone else at the convention. So look for us, say "Hi" and try to have as much fun as we do! |
