News Report for Anime Vegas

We knew it would happen sooner or later, but there is finally an anime convention announced in Las Vegas. Anime Vegas is scheduled for Labor Day weekend 2004 at the Cashman Center.

The convention's organizers are expecting more than 200 attendees. Currently planned events include anime screenings, anime music videos, cosplay, and a dealers' room. Admission is free.

There is also no charge for dealers interested in attendance. (Dealers will just need to cover their own travel and lodging expenses as well as business fees from the city of Las Vegas.)
